Jill Gumina

Jill is the Sales Manager of Hill and Co.'s Noe Valley office. She brings to that position over 43 years of real estate sales experience including 25 years of real estate managerial experience. Previously, she served as President and COO for Coldwell Banker in Southern California overseeing 1,500 agents in 40 office locations with annual closed sales of almost $10 billion.

Jill's goal is to provide exceptional support and counsel to the highly-skilled and experienced Sales Associates at Hill & Co. Her dedication and commitment to her agents and their clients have been the hallmark of her managerial career. Luxury home listings and sales are her forte, having worked with clients whose homes sold in excess of $20-25 million.

Helping agents grow their careers is her specialty. Jill exclaims, "After so many years in the business, I feel it is my duty and a pleasure to give back to help the new generations of Realtors succeed. I find it thrilling to assist agents reach their highest goals!"

A native of the Bay Area, Jill started her career in the bustling Silicon Valley in the early 1970's helping clients build their real estate portfolios and developing a reputation for fair-dealing and an impeccable work ethic. She has served as a board member of several non-profits and hosted a local cable television program, "Homewise", to provide relevant property information to Bay Area viewers.

Her passion and enthusiasm for real estate coupled with a commitment to excellence in all she does puts Jill in a league of her own. To quote her during one of her training classes: "You don't get into real estate. Real estate gets into you!" Over the decades she has built rewarding relationships with professionals and colleagues in the housing industry across the country and around the globe. In this way, her agents are able to benefit from great referrals sent to them and excellent sources to refer out to for clients.
